This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by providing reliable delivery services, working in a fully flexible manner via the DoorDash app in diverse locations. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the DoorDash app, accurately picking up items and ensuring timely transportation to customer destinations. - Utilize GPS navigation and in-app communication tools to effectively plan routes, provide status updates, and resolve any delivery issues with customers and support. - Maintain a high standard of professionalism and safe driving practices, upholding DoorDash's reputation while adhering to all traffic laws and company guidelines.
