Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers efficiently using the DoorDash app, tracking progress to meet service level agreements and customer expectations. - Navigate diverse routes accurately with GPS, ensuring safe and prompt delivery of items while adhering to all traffic regulations and company safety standards. - Communicate proactively with customers and support teams regarding delivery status or issues, resolving concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction and operational clarity.
