Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup and drop-off to meet customer expectations and service level agreements. - Navigate safely and effectively using GPS, adhering to all traffic laws and maintaining a professional demeanor while interacting with customers and merchants daily. - Communicate clearly and promptly with customers and support via in-app features, resolving delivery issues and ensuring positive service experiences consistently.
