This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and community commerce, operating remotely via the app for deliveries across various locations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage incoming delivery requests through the Dasher app, ensuring prompt acceptance and efficient completion of all assigned tasks. - Utilize in-app GPS navigation tools to efficiently plan routes, guaranteeing accurate and timely delivery to customer destinations. - Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and support teams, resolving delivery-related inquiries effectively.
- Earn competitive base pay, additional promotional earnings (Peak Pay/Challenges), and retain 100% of all customer tips received for each delivery. - Enjoy complete schedule flexibility, allowing you to work on-demand with no minimum or maximum hour requirements daily or weekly.
- Possess a valid driver's license or state ID and an active Social Security Number for necessary background verification purposes. - Operate a reliable personal vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle) and a compatible smartphone to access the Dasher application. - Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service, ensuring positive interactions during all delivery engagements.
