We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to independently manage and execute successful deliveries, serving as a vital link between merchants and customers. This role significantly impacts customer satisfaction and local business growth, requiring efficient service within diverse community areas as a part-time contractor. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely and accurate transportation of goods to customers. - Navigate routes effectively using GPS guidance, adapting to traffic conditions and customer locations for optimal delivery performance metrics. - Professionally communicate with customers and support, resolving delivery issues and maintaining a positive brand image through clear, courteous interactions.
- Receive base pay per delivery, additional earnings through promotions like Peak Pay, Challenges, and retain 100% of all customer tips. - Enjoy complete scheduling flexibility, allowing you to work on-demand with no minimum or maximum hours, starting and stopping anytime you choose.
- Possess a valid driver's license or state ID with a clean driving record and be at least 18 years old (or 19/21 in specific states like California). - Operate a reliable vehicle such as a car, scooter, or bicycle, along with a compatible smartphone capable of running the Dasher application. - Demonstrate strong accountability and customer service skills when managing deliveries, ensuring professional and courteous interactions at all times.
