Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring all items are picked up and dropped off accurately to meet customer satisfaction goals. - Navigate diverse routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries, adapting to traffic conditions and optimizing efficiency for a high completion rate. - Professionally communicate with customers and support teams to resolve issues, maintaining a high standard of service and positive brand representation on every delivery.
