We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to seamlessly connect customers with local businesses by delivering food and items efficiently across various neighborhoods. This role creates impact by providing convenient, on-demand delivery services to customers, operating in local areas with an on-demand work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the DoorDash app, ensuring timely and accurate pickup from merchants and drop-off to customers. - Navigate efficiently to designated locations using GPS, optimizing routes to meet delivery deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction. - Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and support personnel, resolving any delivery-related issues to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Earn base pay per delivery plus 100% of customer tips, with additional income opportunities through Peak Pay and Challenges. - Enjoy a fully flexible work schedule with the ability to start and stop deliveries anytime, without minimum or maximum hour requirements.
- Possess a valid driver's license or ID, demonstrate a clean driving record, and meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years. - Operate a reliable vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle) and utilize a smartphone for navigation and order management via the Dasher app. - Exhibit strong communication skills when interacting with customers and support, maintaining professionalism during all delivery interactions.
