This role significantly contributes to customer satisfaction and merchant success, operating across diverse urban and suburban locations in an onsite capacity. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and efficiently complete delivery offers using the DoorDash app, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for customer satisfaction. - Navigate safely and effectively using GPS and internal tools, communicating proactively with customers and support to resolve any delivery issues. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to safe driving practices, upholding DoorDash's service standards and brand reputation.
- Earn competitive base pay per delivery plus 100% of customer tips, with additional promotions like Peak Pay and Challenges boosting overall income potential. - Enjoy fully flexible work hours with no minimum or maximum requirements, allowing drivers to start and stop anytime based on their personal schedule.
