This role creates direct customer satisfaction and brand loyalty by ensuring timely, safe deliveries onsite within diverse service areas, impacting DoorDash success. Key Responsibilities: - Process delivery offers efficiently via the Dasher app, ensuring timely acceptance and navigation to merchant locations for prompt order pickup and fulfillment. - Navigate assigned delivery routes using GPS, proactively communicating with customers and support through the app to provide status updates or resolve any issues effectively. - Maintain high standards of professionalism and safe driving practices throughout all shifts, ensuring a positive customer experience and adherence to all traffic regulations.
