We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to facilitate the efficient transportation of goods between businesses and consumers, seamlessly integrating with our extensive logistics network. This role directly enhances customer satisfaction and supports local commerce by ensuring timely deliveries, operating onsite in various urban and suburban locations. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, effectively managing routes and package handling to achieve optimal delivery success rates. - Navigate efficiently to merchant and customer locations utilizing GPS technology, consistently adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols for secure transportation. - Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and support teams, resolving delivery-related inquiries and maintaining high service standards for positive interactions.
- Receive competitive compensation including base pay, performance-based promotions (Peak Pay, Challenges), and keep 100% of all customer tips. - Access complete scheduling flexibility, enabling drivers to work entirely on-demand, setting their own hours without any minimum or maximum requirements.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in some states, 21 in CA) for eligibility and background check clearance. - Possess a valid driver's license/ID, SSN for background checks, a reliable vehicle (car/scooter/bicycle), and a functional smartphone device. - Demonstrate professionalism and commit to safe driving practices, ensuring all deliveries are conducted responsibly and courteously with customers.
