This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by providing essential last-mile delivery services, operating onsite in diverse urban and suburban locations. Key Responsibilities: - Swiftly accept and complete delivery offers using the DoorDash app, meticulously verifying order accuracy to guarantee customer satisfaction and efficient service. - Effectively navigate designated delivery areas using GPS technology, ensuring timely and safe transportation of food and items to customer specified locations. - Maintain professional communication with customers and support, promptly resolving any delivery-related issues to foster positive experiences and uphold service standards.
