We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to independently deliver food and items, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction across various local businesses. This role creates impact by connecting communities, providing flexible earning opportunities for contractors, operating onsite in various locations via personal vehicle. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers promptly using the DoorDash app, maintaining high efficiency and customer satisfaction metrics for each order. - Navigate effectively using GPS to reach merchant and customer locations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of all food and items. - Communicate professionally with customers and support personnel, resolving any delivery issues and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Receive compensation including base pay, promotional earnings from Peak Pay and Challenges, plus 100% of all customer tips earned per delivery. - Benefit from a fully flexible work schedule with no minimum or maximum hours, allowing for on-demand work and the ability to start or stop anytime.
- Possess a valid driver's license or ID and an SSN for background check, with a minimum age requirement of 18 (21 in California) for eligibility. - Operate a reliable vehicle such as a car, scooter, or bicycle and utilize a smartphone with the Dasher app for all delivery operations. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and commit to safe driving practices to ensure secure and courteous delivery experiences.
