This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by ensuring prompt deliveries, operating in various local areas as an onsite independent contractor. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup from merchants and drop-off to customers to maintain service efficiency and quality. - Navigate efficiently using GPS and communicate professionally with customers and support, resolving delivery issues to enhance the overall user experience. - Maintain a high standard of professionalism and safe driving practices, adhering to traffic laws and company guidelines for reliable and secure deliveries.
