We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to facilitate seamless delivery operations, connecting local restaurants and businesses with hungry customers across various neighborhoods. This role creates significant impact by ensuring efficient order fulfillment, contributing to customer satisfaction and local business growth in various cities/regions through onsite delivery work.Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup from merchants and accurate delivery to customers within service standards. - Navigate efficiently using GPS tools and optimize routes for multiple deliveries, consistently meeting estimated delivery times to enhance customer experience. - Communicate professionally with customers and support teams regarding order status or issues, maintaining service quality and resolving concerns effectively.
- Our compensation package includes a base salary, opportunities for promotional earnings through performance, and 100% of collected tips. - This role offers a fully flexible work schedule with no minimum or maximum hours, allowing on-demand engagement and the freedom to start or stop anytime. - We provide an activation kit, which includes a Red Card for purchases and a food-warming bag, to support efficient and quality deliveries.
- Must be 18+ years of age (19 in some states, 21 in California) with a valid driver's license or ID, and a Social Security Number for background verification. - Possess a reliable vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle) and a smartphone capable of running the Dasher app, essential for accepting and managing delivery requests. - Demonstrate professionalism and safe driving practices during all delivery operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to road safety regulations.
