This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by providing efficient delivery services, working onsite across various locations with flexible scheduling. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and efficiently complete delivery offers using the DoorDash app, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations. - Utilize GPS navigation systems to efficiently plan delivery routes and reach customer destinations, optimizing travel time and ensuring prompt service. - Maintain professional communication with customers and support, providing updates and resolving issues to enhance the overall delivery experience.
