We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to efficiently transport orders from various local merchants to customers, seamlessly integrating into our dynamic network of independent contractors. This role directly enhances customer satisfaction and supports local businesses by ensuring timely deliveries, operating onsite across diverse geographical areas. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, effectively managing routes to ensure timely and accurate customer order fulfillment. - Navigate efficiently via GPS and communicate proactively with customers and support to resolve issues, maintaining high standards of service and professionalism. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to safe driving practices, ensuring the secure and intact delivery of all food and items to their destinations.
- Receive competitive compensation including base pay, promotional incentives like Peak Pay and Challenges, plus 100% of all customer tips earned. - Enjoy complete scheduling flexibility, allowing you to set your own hours, choose specific work areas, and start or stop delivering on-demand.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in some states, 21 in California), possessing a valid driver's license or ID for identification purposes. - Possess a reliable vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle) and a smartphone capable of running the Dasher app for efficient order management and navigation. - Demonstrate strong adherence to safe driving practices and professionalism when interacting with merchants, customers, and support staff.
