This role creates impact by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, fostering customer satisfaction and supporting local businesses via a flexible, part-time work arrangement across various locations. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers efficiently, managing the order flow from acceptance to drop-off, ensuring timely and accurate delivery completions to maintain service standards. - Navigate via GPS, utilizing mapping tools to optimize routes and ensure efficient, safe transit for prompt customer order fulfillment and adherence to schedules. - Communicate with customers and support, providing proactive updates and resolving delivery-related issues effectively to ensure a smooth, positive delivery experience for all parties.
- Compensation includes base pay per delivery, 100% of customer tips, and additional earnings from promotions like Peak Pay, with fast payout options available. - Drivers enjoy a fully flexible schedule, allowing them to start and stop work anytime with no minimum or maximum hours, providing complete control over their work-life balance.
- Must be at least 18 years old (19 in some states, 21 in California) with a valid driver's license or ID, and provide a Social Security Number for background checks. - Requires a reliable vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle) and a smartphone to effectively operate the Dasher app, facilitating efficient delivery operations. - Maintain professionalism and safe driving practices, demonstrating strong responsibility and customer-focused communication during all interactions to ensure service quality.
