We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to efficiently transport orders from various local merchants directly to customers, integrating seamlessly into our expansive network. This role creates significant impact by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries for customers across various locations, operating in an onsite, independent contractor mode. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and diligently complete delivery offers via the Dasher app, ensuring all items are collected and transported accurately to meet customer expectations. - Navigate efficiently using GPS tools and communicate proactively with customers and support to resolve any issues, maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout each interaction. - Operate a personal vehicle safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and company guidelines to ensure the secure and timely delivery of every order.
- Earn competitive base pay for each delivery completed, supplemented by engaging promotions like Peak Pay and Challenges, plus retain 100% of all customer tips. - Enjoy complete schedule flexibility, allowing you to set your own hours and choose preferred work areas, with the ability to start and stop anytime for ultimate autonomy.
- Must be at least 18 years old (19 in some states, 21 in California) with a valid driver's license or ID, and possess a Social Security Number for background verification. - Utilize a reliable personal vehicle, such as a car, scooter, or bicycle, along with a smartphone to access the Dasher app and efficiently manage delivery requests. - Demonstrate strong navigational skills and effective communication abilities to interact professionally with customers and support, ensuring smooth and successful deliveries.
