This role directly enhances customer convenience and merchant reach, operating across various local zones as an onsite delivery professional. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup and drop-off to meet customer expectations. - Navigate effectively via GPS and communicate proactively with customers and support to resolve issues and provide excellent service. - Maintain professionalism and safe driving practices while transporting goods, upholding brand standards and ensuring order integrity.
- Earn base pay plus promotions like Peak Pay and Challenges, retaining 100% of customer tips for direct, performance-based earnings. - Enjoy fully flexible scheduling with no minimum or maximum hours, allowing immediate start and stop times daily, on demand.
- Must be 18+ years old (19 in some states, 21 in California) with a valid driver's license or ID for compliance. - Possess a reliable vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle) and a smartphone to operate the Dasher app for all delivery tasks. - Demonstrate professionalism and strong communication skills when interacting with customers and support, ensuring safe and courteous delivery experiences.
