This role significantly impacts customer satisfaction by providing timely deliveries in your local area with an onsite work arrangement, fostering community connections and supporting local commerce. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, effectively coordinating pickups from merchants and drop-offs to customers to meet delivery time expectations. - Navigate efficiently using GPS and communicate professionally with customers and support, resolving delivery issues promptly to maintain service quality metrics. - Maintain professionalism and practice safe driving habits, ensuring the secure and timely transport of orders while adhering to all traffic regulations and company guidelines.
