Job description

We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to deliver food and items from local merchants to customers using the DoorDash app. This role creates impact by providing flexible earning opportunities and reliable delivery services in various locations across the US, with fully flexible scheduling and onsite work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the DoorDash app, navigating via GPS to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. - Communicate professionally with customers and support teams to resolve any issues and maintain high satisfaction rates. - Maintain professionalism and safe driving practices, adhering to all traffic laws and DoorDash safety guidelines to ensure a positive experience for both customers and drivers.

Job requirements

- Must be 18+ years old (19 in some states, 21 in California), with a valid driver's license or ID, SSN for background check, and a reliable vehicle (car/scooter/bicycle). - Proficiency in using smartphones and navigation apps is required, along with the ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to interact effectively with customers and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
