This role directly enhances customer satisfaction and supports local businesses by ensuring timely deliveries, operating onsite across diverse geographical areas. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers through the Dasher app, effectively managing routes with GPS navigation to meet service level agreements. - Communicate proactively with customers and support, providing clear updates and resolving delivery-related inquiries to ensure a positive experience. - Maintain consistent professionalism and adhere to safe driving practices, upholding community standards and protecting company reputation.
