Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the DoorDash app, ensuring timely pickup and drop-off to meet service level agreements and customer expectations. - Navigate assigned routes with precision using GPS technology, proactively managing unexpected delays to maintain delivery efficiency and uphold customer satisfaction metrics. - Communicate professionally with customers and support via the in-app chat, resolving delivery inquiries effectively to enhance the overall user experience and service quality.
