We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to facilitate seamless order fulfillment, transporting goods from restaurants and stores directly to customers. This role creates impact by providing timely deliveries across local areas, enhancing customer satisfaction, operating on-demand. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers efficiently via the DoorDash app, tracking progress to meet service level agreements, ensuring timely customer outcomes. - Navigate routes effectively with GPS guidance, adhering to safe driving practices to ensure timely and secure delivery of assigned orders. - Communicate proactively with customers and support teams regarding order status or issues, maintaining professionalism for swift concern resolution.
- Earn competitive base pay per delivery, supplemented by promotional incentives such as Peak Pay and 100% of all customer tips. - Enjoy complete schedule autonomy with no minimum or maximum hours, allowing immediate start and stop times based on personal availability.
- Must be 18+ years of age (19+ in some states, 21+ in CA) with a valid driver's license, ensuring legal vehicle operation. - Possess a reliable vehicle (car/scooter/bicycle) and a smartphone running the Dasher app, facilitating efficient order management. - Demonstrate strong communication skills for customer and support interactions, maintaining professionalism for positive delivery experiences.
