Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the DoorDash application, ensuring precise adherence to merchant instructions and customer preferences to maintain high service standards. - Navigate diverse urban and suburban routes efficiently using GPS technology, proactively managing traffic and delivery challenges to meet estimated arrival times. - Communicate professionally with customers and support teams, providing clear updates and resolving any delivery-related issues promptly to enhance the overall customer experience.
