We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to independently deliver food and various items from local merchants to customers, flexibly managing their schedule and work areas. This role creates impact by providing essential delivery services for customers and businesses, operating in various locations through an on-demand, flexible work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the DoorDash app, ensuring timely and accurate transportation of goods to customers. - Navigate efficiently using GPS technology to reach merchant and customer locations, maintaining safe driving practices throughout each delivery. - Communicate professionally with customers and support personnel regarding order status or unforeseen issues, providing excellent service experience.
- Earn base pay plus promotions like Peak Pay and Challenges, retaining 100% of customer tips, with fast payout options available. - Set your own schedule with full flexibility, choosing work areas and hours with no minimum or maximum requirements.
- 18+ years of age (19 in some states, 21 in California) is required to be eligible for becoming a Dasher. - Possess a valid driver's license or ID, a reliable vehicle (car/scooter/bicycle), and a compatible smartphone for the Dasher app. - Maintain professionalism and safe driving practices, ensuring clear communication with customers and support throughout deliveries.
