This role creates impact by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting local economies, primarily onsite in designated delivery zones. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the DoorDash app, managing multiple orders to meet customer expectations and delivery timeframes. - Strategically navigate delivery routes utilizing GPS technology and local knowledge, ensuring prompt and safe arrival at both merchant and customer locations. - Professionally communicate with customers, merchants, and support teams, resolving any delivery-related issues to maintain high service standards.
- Compensation includes base pay, performance-based promotions like Peak Pay, Challenges, and 100% of all customer tips received. - Enjoy complete schedule flexibility, setting your own hours and choosing when and where to deliver without minimum or maximum hour requirements.
