We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to facilitate the timely and safe transport of goods between merchants and customers, integrating seamlessly into our dynamic delivery network. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and business success by ensuring efficient deliveries across various locations, operating in a flexible, on-demand capacity. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, effectively managing routes and prioritizing orders to meet customer expectations and delivery times. - Navigate delivery routes efficiently via GPS applications, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. - Communicate professionally with customers and support teams regarding order status or issues, maintaining a positive brand image and resolving concerns swiftly.
- Receive competitive base pay, eligible for promotional earnings like Peak Pay and Challenges, and retain 100% of all customer tips received, with swift payout options. - Enjoy complete scheduling flexibility, with no minimum or maximum hour requirements, allowing you to work on-demand and start or stop delivering at any time.
- Must be 18+ years old (19+ in some states, 21+ in California) with a valid driver's license or ID and a Social Security Number for background checks. - Possess a reliable vehicle, such as a car, scooter, or bicycle, along with a compatible smartphone capable of running the DoorDash Dasher application efficiently. - Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and support, coupled with a commitment to safe driving practices during all deliveries.
