This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by facilitating seamless delivery experiences, operating flexibly within assigned zones, remotely managing tasks via the DoorDash app. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and efficiently complete delivery offers using the DoorDash app, prioritizing prompt service and adherence to merchant instructions for customer satisfaction. - Navigate effectively to customer locations using GPS, ensuring safe and timely arrival while managing delivery routes for optimal efficiency and service. - Communicate professionally with customers and support via the app, resolving issues proactively and maintaining a positive brand image throughout all interactions.
- Earn per delivery plus 100% of customer tips, with options for fast payouts via DoorDash Crimson Visa Debit Card. - Fully flexible schedule allows for on-demand work with no minimum or maximum hours, enabling drivers to start and stop anytime.
- Must be 18+ years old (19 in some states, 21 in CA) with a valid driver's license/ID and SSN for background check completion. - Requires a reliable vehicle (car/scooter/bicycle) and a smartphone to operate the Dasher app for all delivery tasks. - Maintain professionalism and safe driving practices, demonstrating accountability and customer focus during all interactions and routes.
