This role significantly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by providing reliable delivery services, working onsite in local communities with a flexible, part-time contractor mode. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, navigating efficiently with GPS and adhering to merchant pickup instructions for prompt service delivery. - Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding order status and support for delivery issues, ensuring a positive and responsive interaction. - Maintain professionalism and safe driving practices at all times, ensuring secure transport of goods and adherence to all traffic laws to uphold service quality.
- Earn competitive base pay per delivery, supplemented by promotional opportunities like Peak Pay and Challenges, plus retain 100% of all customer tips. - Benefit from fully flexible scheduling with no minimum or maximum hours, allowing on-demand work to start and stop anytime for personal convenience.
