This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by ensuring prompt deliveries, offering unparalleled flexibility in on-site work through the DoorDash app. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring all items are collected and delivered accurately to customers with high service standards. - Navigate efficiently using GPS technology to customer locations, optimizing delivery routes to meet time-sensitive demands and ensure prompt arrival. - Communicate professionally with customers and support, proactively resolving delivery issues or inquiries to maintain a positive experience.
