We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to facilitate prompt, secure delivery of food and items, bridging merchants and customers within our dynamic network, ensuring seamless service. This role significantly impacts customer satisfaction and local business success, operating across various locations in a highly flexible, on-demand capacity, ensuring convenient service. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, diligently confirming order details and customer preferences to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of all assignments. - Navigate efficiently to merchant and customer locations utilizing GPS, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure secure transit and arrival of delivered goods. - Communicate professionally with customers and support via the in-app chat, resolving delivery inquiries or issues promptly to maintain high service standards and positive customer experiences.
- Earn competitive base pay per delivery, supplemented by promotional incentives like Peak Pay and Challenges, plus retain 100% of all earned customer tips. - Enjoy complete schedule flexibility with no minimum or maximum hours, allowing you to work on-demand and start or stop delivering at any time.
- Possess a valid driver's license or state ID, be at least 18 years old (with state-specific age requirements up to 21 for some regions). - Utilize a reliable personal vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle) and a compatible smartphone to access the Dasher app for all delivery operations. - Demonstrate strong professionalism and clear communication when interacting with customers and merchant partners, ensuring positive delivery experiences.
