This role creates impact by efficiently delivering orders, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting local businesses within your chosen work areas onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and efficiently complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup from merchants and accurate drop-off to customers, meeting service level agreements. - Navigate effectively to delivery locations utilizing GPS technologies, adhering to all traffic laws and safe driving practices to ensure secure transport of goods. - Communicate professionally with customers regarding order status and engage with support for issue resolution, maintaining a positive brand experience and customer satisfaction.
