Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers efficiently through the DoorDash app, managing multiple tasks to meet customer expectations and operational metrics. - Navigate effectively using GPS technology to ensure timely arrival at merchant and customer locations, optimizing delivery routes for maximum efficiency. - Communicate professionally with customers and support, resolving delivery issues proactively to maintain high service standards and positive interactions.
