This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and local business growth, operating in various areas via a flexible independent contractor work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup from merchants and accurate drop-off to customers to maintain service quality. - Utilize GPS navigation to efficiently plan routes and reach destinations, ensuring safe and timely delivery while minimizing delays and optimizing delivery performance. - Maintain professional communication with customers and support, resolving delivery issues promptly and courteously to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
