This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by ensuring timely, safe deliveries across various locations, working on-demand via the app. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup from merchants and accurate drop-off to customers. - Navigate efficiently using GPS technology to optimize delivery routes, adhering to traffic laws and safe driving practices to ensure item integrity. - Communicate professionally with customers and support, resolving delivery issues and providing exceptional service to enhance satisfaction ratings.
