We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to facilitate seamless connections between restaurants and customers, playing a crucial role in daily operations across various neighborhoods. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by ensuring timely deliveries, operating as an onsite contractor in their chosen local area. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and efficiently complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup from merchants and drop-off to customers, meeting service level agreements. - Navigate effectively using GPS and in-app tools to optimize delivery routes, managing multiple orders to maximize earnings and maintain delivery efficiency. - Communicate professionally with customers and support via the app, resolving minor issues proactively and providing excellent service to enhance user experience.
- Receive competitive base pay for each completed delivery, 100% of all customer tips, and access to performance-based promotions like Peak Pay and Challenges. - Enjoy a fully flexible work schedule with no minimum or maximum hour requirements, allowing drivers to start and stop delivering anytime based on personal availability.
