This role directly impacts customer convenience and local business success by reliably fulfilling orders, offering flexible work in your chosen location. Key Responsibilities: - Accept delivery offers via the DoorDash app and promptly transport orders using GPS navigation to ensure timely and accurate customer service. - Communicate effectively with customers and support, maintaining professionalism and adhering to safe driving practices for positive delivery experiences. - Manage personal work schedule and areas through the platform, maximizing earning potential by completing deliveries and earning 100% of tips.
- Receive compensation comprised of base pay, performance-based promotions like Peak Pay and Challenges, plus 100% of all customer tips. - Enjoy a fully flexible work schedule with absolutely no minimum or maximum hour requirements, allowing for on-demand work availability.
- Must be at least 18 years old (19 in some states, 21 in CA) for eligibility, demonstrating legal age for independent contractor work. - Possess a valid driver's license or ID, a reliable vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle), and a smartphone for DoorDash app functionality. - Exhibit strong communication skills and maintain professionalism with customers and support to ensure positive delivery interactions always.
