This role creates impact by facilitating commerce and customer satisfaction, operating remotely and flexibly within the driver's chosen service area. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring items are picked up promptly and delivered accurately to meet customer expectations. - Navigate efficiently using GPS tools and communicate professionally with customers and support teams to resolve issues and provide excellent service. - Maintain a high level of professionalism, adhere to safe driving practices, and manage personal logistics to ensure consistent and reliable delivery performance.
- Earn a base pay per delivery, plus promotions like Peak Pay and Challenges, and retain 100% of customer tips for maximizing your earning potential. - Enjoy fully flexible scheduling with no minimum or maximum hours, allowing you to start and stop anytime based on your personal availability.
- Possess a reliable vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle) and a smartphone to effectively use the Dasher app and manage delivery operations efficiently. - Maintain professionalism and practice safe driving habits while navigating various routes, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards. - Must be 18+ (19 in some states, 21 in California) with a valid driver's license/ID and SSN for background checks to ensure compliance and eligibility.
