We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to serve as the critical link between local merchants and hungry customers, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by providing essential delivery services in local areas, operating in an onsite capacity. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and efficiently complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs to maintain service levels. - Navigate to customer locations effectively using GPS, carefully managing delivery routes to meet expected arrival times and optimize efficiency. - Communicate proactively and professionally with customers and support, resolving issues promptly and maintaining a high standard of service.
- Earn 100% of customer tips on every delivery, providing a clear and direct financial incentive for excellent service. - Enjoy a fully flexible work schedule, allowing drivers to choose their own hours and start/stop deliveries at any time.
- Possess a valid driver's license or ID, a reliable vehicle (car/scooter/bicycle), and a smartphone for DoorDash app functionality. - Demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with customers and support, coupled with maintaining professionalism and safe driving practices.
