This role significantly impacts customer satisfaction and local business growth across various locations, operating entirely onsite to manage delivery logistics effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring all assigned items are picked up promptly from merchants and delivered accurately to customers. - Navigate diverse routes and traffic conditions effectively with GPS, optimizing delivery paths to meet expected delivery times and maintain service efficiency for every order. - Professionally communicate with customers and support personnel, providing real-time updates and resolving any delivery-related issues to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
