This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by ensuring efficient deliveries, operating onsite in various urban and suburban locations. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup from merchants and accurate delivery to customer locations. - Navigate efficiently using GPS tools provided within the DoorDash app, optimizing routes for speedy and safe transport of various items. - Communicate proactively with customers and support via the app, resolving issues and maintaining professionalism throughout the entire delivery process.
