This role directly enhances customer satisfaction and supports local economies, operating remotely via the DoorDash app within designated delivery zones. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and manage delivery offers within the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup from diverse merchants to meet customer expectations effectively. - Utilize GPS navigation tools for optimal route planning, safely and efficiently transporting various items to customer doorsteps, tracking progress via the app. - Communicate courteously with customers and support, providing status updates and resolving minor issues professionally to maintain high service standards.
