Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off to meet customer satisfaction goals. - Skillfully navigate delivery routes with GPS guidance, optimizing travel time and adhering to all traffic and safety regulations for secure transit. - Professionally communicate with customers and support via in-app tools, resolving issues and maintaining a high standard of service and driver conduct.
