This role directly enhances customer satisfaction through timely, professional deliveries, operating across various neighborhoods in your local area in an onsite, flexible work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup and drop-off to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings. - Navigate efficiently to customer locations using GPS, carefully managing routes and traffic to meet delivery time expectations consistently. - Communicate courteously with customers and support, providing updates and resolving issues to maintain a positive delivery experience.
