This role significantly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success, operating in various locations across with a fully flexible work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Accept delivery offers through the Dasher app, ensuring prompt acknowledgement and efficient pickup from merchants to meet customer expectations. - Navigate efficiently using GPS tools to customer destinations, maintaining safe driving practices and adherence to all traffic regulations. - Communicate professionally with customers and support teams, resolving delivery issues and providing status updates to enhance the delivery experience.
