We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to efficiently transport orders from various local merchants, ensuring seamless service across our extensive network of restaurants and customers. This role creates impact by reliably connecting customers with their desired meals and goods, performing essential delivery services in various locations as an onsite contractor. Key Responsibilities: - Swiftly accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely order fulfillment and adherence to designated delivery zones. - Efficiently navigate diverse routes utilizing GPS technology, maintaining safe driving practices while communicating delivery updates to customers and support proactively. - Uphold professional conduct and provide excellent customer service during interactions, meticulously managing each delivery to enhance the overall customer satisfaction score.
- Receive base pay for every completed delivery, enhanced with promotions like Peak Pay and Challenges, plus retain 100% of all customer tips earned. - Enjoy complete schedule autonomy, with the freedom to start and stop delivering anytime, eliminating minimum or maximum hour requirements weekly.
- Must be 18 years or older (19-21 in certain states) with a valid driver's license and a Social Security Number for necessary background verification. - Possess a reliable personal vehicle, such as a car, scooter, or bicycle, along with a compatible smartphone capable of running the Dasher delivery application. - Exhibit strong professionalism and responsibility, demonstrating safe driving habits and excellent communication skills when interacting with customers and support.
