This role creates impact by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries in various locations, operating in a part-time, highly flexible work mode, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and merchant success. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the DoorDash app, accurately tracking progress and managing multiple orders efficiently to meet service level agreements. - Navigate efficiently using GPS technology, ensuring timely and safe transport of food and items from merchant locations to specified customer drop-off points. - Communicate professionally with customers and support via in-app features, resolving delivery-related inquiries and maintaining high standards of service.
