Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers efficiently using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup and drop-off to meet service level agreements and customer satisfaction. - Navigate delivery routes accurately with GPS, adhering to all traffic laws and safety guidelines to ensure secure and prompt arrival at destinations. - Communicate professionally with customers and support, providing updates on delivery status and resolving any issues to maintain positive service interactions.
