This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by ensuring timely deliveries, operating onsite in various locations with flexible work modes. Key Responsibilities: - Successfully accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, diligently confirming order accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction. - Navigate efficiently to pickup and drop-off locations utilizing GPS, adhering to safe driving practices to guarantee timely and secure deliveries. - Proactively communicate with customers and DoorDash support regarding delivery status or issues, maintaining professionalism to resolve concerns effectively.
